What to Expect
Christmas Eve at VCCC is about a one-hour service that includes singing hymns and carols, candle lighting, and a Christmas message.
Our services are designed with the entire family in mind. Children of all ages are welcome to participate, and there will be no childcare available. We love having kids with us—even the noisy ones!
If you need a quieter space at any point, our family room and nursery will be open, and the service will be streamed on screens in the foyer so you won’t miss a thing.
Discover Why Jesus Came
When people talk about Christ’s coming to earth, the focus is often on how he came. Yet Scripture places the greater emphasis on why Jesus came.
This Christmas season, we have been looking at the Gospel of John to hear Jesus’ own explanation of his incarnation through our Advent series called Why Jesus Came. In John’s gospel, Jesus does not leave the meaning of his coming open to interpretation—he clearly reveals his mission to us.
Join this Christmas as we celebrate not only Jesus’ identity as the Son of God, but also the purpose of his coming and what that means for the believer. Our prayer is that God would draw us into greater worship of Jesus as we close 2025 and step into 2026.
